FAQ's

Where can I learn more about the System Transformation Accelerator?

I am happy to share more about my framework and our current and future plans to work with district communities that are seeking support with their transformations. Please contact me.

Where can I provide feedback to the author on the book?

I love hearing readers’ questions and insights regarding some of the challenges, solutions, and characters I presented in the book. For example, some folks have contacted me because they thought a particular section missed important details and could have been amplified. Others have suggested the importance of increasing other stakeholder voices. Please click here to share your questions or insights and help me continue to clarify and expand the narrative vision when it comes time to update the book.

How is this book meant to be a tool?

My intention is to help leaders and other stakeholders in district communities catalyze or accelerate conversations about transformation by providing an easy, compelling read suitable for reading together, either informally or in a structured manner, in teams within and across central office and community partner organizations and agencies. Combined with the accompanying questions, this book could open up or even expand current conversations that will help leaders and stakeholders determine if there is energy to support transformative change, or possibly how to inspire and move the existing stakeholder energy more intentionally.

What can we look forward to? What are the next steps toward transformation?

If you are serious about catalyzing or accelerating transformation in your district community, I am available for keynotes to help you begin or accelerate the process of enrolling others in the conversation.

For those of you who are already undertaking some major transformation and feeling a bit stuck or unsure of next steps, I am available for consulting sessions and projects to help you get unstuck and move your vision forward.

If you’d like to reach out to me to discuss either of these, please contact me at Charles@EdImperative.org
